We provide a platform where real estate agencies, agents, and private owners can publish property listings. shtepiame.al is not a real estate agency and is not a party to any transaction arising from listings published on the platform.

2. No responsibility for listing content

Listings are created and published directly by agencies, agents, and private owners. shtepiame.al does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of the information, photos, or prices published in any listing, and accepts no liability for it. Any dispute regarding a listing is strictly between the interested party and the person who published it.

3. No refunds

Payments made for listing publication or renewal are final and non-refundable, for any reason, once the corresponding service has been activated.

4. User responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish, including text, photos, and contact details, and for ensuring they hold the necessary rights over the property and the material published.

5. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or deactivate, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, any listing or account that violates these Terms of Service, applicable law, or that we deem inappropriate for the platform.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
